About Isabelle
I was not born with favorable predispositions or a sports lover, addicted to a healthy diet or thin as an asparagus. Watch my video to learn about my own battles and my journey that started as a 4.2kg (yes, 4.2) baby. My leadership personality, my strong character and my compassion. My courage and my determination. My ability to meet my clients where they are and make their goals mine: I fully respect the fact that some women just want to feel better and lose weight with minimal effort, while others devote a much of their life looking like a model or becoming a bodybuilding competitor (although I also totally respect that choice!). I am proudly curious, strategic, detail-oriented, lifelong apprentice. With an emphasis on dedication, commitment and willingness to serve my clients on a higher level, I also experience life with hyper-sensitivity as well as a genuine love for people, especially women expressing their wish and willingness to change. Authentic and flexible, I will adapt to find the approaches that speak to you, according to your unique perception and your individualized needs. I am the coach you need if, like me, you don't like: “Personal trainers” taking themselves for doctors. Pseudo coaches who are just here to take money and don't care about people. "Private coaches" who do not monitor the placements on each repetition of each movement and are content to chat or look at their phones during a session - while their client twists their back. The so-called coaches or nutrition coaches promoting unhealthy approaches to diet and exercise, with the same cookie-cutter method unsuitable for all. People who don't practice what they preach (getting drunk regularly on weekends or lighting up a cigarette when you walk out of the gym), dishonest, who don't have at heart to do their best and really take care others. Hypocritical people selling sensationalism and promising results that are neither safe nor sustainable in the long run. I think you've made up your mind :)

My mission is to help women wishing to improve their health and their figure. Thanks to holistic coaching in nutrition, sports coaching and Reiki energetic therapy, I guide them in their efforts to get back in shape and find balance, vitality and energy. I support and advise them in their evolution to become the best version of themselves through a transformation from the inside out. I accompany them in their pursuit of well-being and guide their journey with kindness. They reconnect with their inner selves and their dreams. Their body, their health, their state of mind are no longer an obstacle. I advise and encourage all women to regain self-confidence. Beginning with a physical metamorphosis which also turns into a psychological change, they find during their journey the reconnection to their true identity.
