About Elie
I’m a Physical Therapist holding a Master of Research in Physical Therapy from the Lebanese University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the Antonine University, as well as an NCSF Personal Trainer Certificate. I started my career in 2017 as a part-timer Physical Therapist and an EMS trainer at XBody Lebanon and since then I’m freelancing also in Personal Training and Physical Therapy. Not to forget to mention also all the internships that I did during my studying period in different hospitals and medical centers such as Hotel Dieu de France, AUBMC and Clemenceau Medical Center in Neurology Orthopedics Pediatrics, Neurology Sports Orthopedics, Sports Orthopedics Cardiovascular and so much more.

I’m a Physical Therapist holding a Master’s degree and an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer with more than five years plus of experience. In personal training, I build individualized exercise fitness programs based on the client’s fitness level and health as well as modify exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries, or health issues. Adding to this, I track clients physical progress and handle nutrition plus health-related questions.
