Pilates instructor with an eight-year background in classical ballet. After transitioning from ballet, I found Pilates to be a more sustainable and supportive practice for my body. Enhancing mobility, core strength, and pelvic floor function. Every movement has a purpose, not just to look good, but to build strength, stability, and long-term body awareness.
