About Sandra
I’m a certified Pilates teacher and Advanced Yoga Teacher with a focus on therapeutic alignment, and I’m also trauma-informed certified.
I currently teach at three of Miami’s hot and vibrant yoga and Pilates studios, where I guide classes that are strong, intentional, and deeply supportive of the body.
For the past 5+ years I’ve had the privilege of guiding people through movement internationally.
My approach blends strength, alignment, and awareness so you can feel more connected, capable, and at home in your body.
Whether it’s sculpt, Pilates, or yoga, my goal is always the same: to help you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the process along the way.
