About Nadine
I have been teaching both one-to-one and group classes since November 2002 and specialised in online tuition (Skype/FaceTime/Zoom) in 2017 (various teaching material available online, among others "Deutsch Perfekt" and various course books).
I also do exam preparation, such as for the Goethe exam, Cambridge, GCSE, A-level.
Most of my students have been very loyal (having tutored some since November 2011!) and have successfully improved over the years. One student couple, who I have been teaching for four years, have moved to Berlin last year and can perfectly use their German knowledge which they have acquired over the years.
I'm also a very reliable, punctual, friendly person with a very open approach. Very organised, structured, hardworking, proactive, approachable and very patient.
Born and raised in Germany, GCSE ("excellent"), chartered language secretary in German/French, chartered hotel manager, qualified Personal Trainer, International House Teacher Training certificate (obtained in 2002), having lived in Germany, England, Switzerland, Spain, Denmark and Russia.

I tend to do a lot of speaking practice during the class, also focusing on text comprehension (to extend the range of vocabulary) and listening comprehension. There is always some self-study, too, to reinforce what has been taught during the class. The lesson should be tailor-made, according to the student's needs and wishes. I'm very flexible and open-minded.
