About Marlene
Hello. I am a certified K–8 Reading Teacher and K–5 Classroom Teacher who loves helping young learners build strong reading foundations and confidence. I make learning interactive by using tools like games, magnetic letters, whiteboards, and engaging reading activities so students are actively involved the entire time.
In my sessions, I keep lessons fun, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs. Comprehension, Phonics, Fluency, and Reading for Meaning are skills I support to build strong and confident readers.
