About Selva Vinodhini
I teach 1:1 guided yoga classes, this keeps the peer pressure at bay and gives the participant to grow at their own pace. I also customize the poses depending on one’s limitations and needs. I am currently studying physical therapy assistant program, so I understand the body dynamics and needs.

I teach classic hata yoga that focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, weight loss, relaxation, &more. I have been practicing yoga for the last 12 years and I was certified in Sivananda ashram in Kerala, India. It’s one of the most renowned yoga institutes in the world.
