About Sofia
I am a part-time yoga instructor during the evenings. I have taught yoga for close to 4 years in a special practice called Skanda yoga. I have taught at studios in Miami and LA and at offsite corporate settings.

I base my classes mainly on yoga asana practice for 50-60 mins and dedicate 5-10 minutes to pranayama (breathing) techniques and meditation when providing group lessons. Private lessons are more detailed oriented and concentrated on what the student would like to work on improving their flexibility and strength.
