About Christopher
I am a certified social studies teacher in the state of Florida. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in instructional leadership from Saint Leo University. Additionally, I have a master's degree in applied learning sciences from the University of Miami. I have an excellent understanding of social studies standards and objectives. Moreover, I clearly know how to introduce, teach, and assess them.

I introduce content using the Gradual Release of Responsibility so that students can take ownership of their learning. I use differentiated instructional methods such as graphic organizers, discussions, verbal prompts, written responses, etc. based on student needs. I have taught social studies for five years, so I have an excellent understanding of the content and how to deliver it. My lessons are for secondary and post-secondary social studies students.
