About Lajja
I am creative, intuitive and a curious soul always seeking answers to become a better version of myself and focused on spreading positivity. I am an Architect practicing structure and discipline at my workplace (9-5), while being a Sound Healer and Mindfulness Facilitator allows me to help people focus on their mental, physical and emotional well-being.
My key expertise lies in -
1. Teaching Mindfulness Meditation and
2. Offering relaxation and energy cleansing through Sound Healing using a variety of healing instruments like the tuning forks, Tibetan sound healing bowl, chimes.

- Mindfulness meditation through gentle (not forced) breathwork.
- Learn the skill of observation and reflection to master calmness in chaos. We learn this through meditation and psychological exercises.
- Learn how to balance chakras through vocal training - a medium of sound healing
- Experience calmness, rejuvenation and elevation through Sound Healing.
- In-person sessions offered in Western Sydney only
- Online sessions available.
