About Claudia
¡Hola! My name is Claudia and I am a native Spanish speaker from Colombia. I live in Australia, and have been teaching Spanish to children and adults here in Sydney. I am a Certified ELE Spanish teacher (Instituto Cervantes) and I have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in the Spanish language from a Colombian University. I am passionate about exploring different cultures, learning about their history, traditions and languages, as well as traveling, business, cooking and craft.

I have more than 5 years of experience teaching Spanish to kids and adults. I am an ELE certified Spanish teacher (Instituto Cervantes).
My teaching is through a communicative approach in order for you to truly understand a language and be able to put it into use. I use various books as reference but most importantly, I tailor my curriculum to suit your level and goals.
As a native Spanish speaker I am able to not only teach you Spanish but also incorporate Latin-American culture into your lessons. I am passionate about exploring different cultures, learning about their history, traditions and languages, as well as traveling, business, cooking and craft.
I have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in the Spanish language from a Colombian University. Having experience in the professional background allows me to assist you in the most efficient way to improve your language skills.
My average lessons range from 50-60 minutes. My students levels range from complete beginner to conversational. I teach adults and children 6 and over.
