About Maria
I am a retired Spanish teacher I have taught all levels of the language from Spanish 1-AP Spanish
I have also taught Spanish for native speakers.
I have had numerous students with classes as large as 35. I have enjoyed much success as a teacher watching my students achieve their goals.
I love my language, I am proud of my heritage and I think people should learn to speak it.

My teaching methods depend on my students ability to understand, some students are visual learners, some auditory learners so I like to incorporate different methods in my lesson plans. Also the age of the student is taken into consideration I like to get to know what works best for each student.
I have a BA in Romance languages I am certified in Texas and Oklahoma and I have 30 years experience.
