About Kelly

Hi! My name is Kelly Le Parc, and I’m a certified K–8 teacher in New Jersey with over 20 years of classroom experience. I specialize in supporting early elementary students (grades K–3) with reading, writing, phonics, grammar, and beginner Spanish and Greek. I also have a strong background in working with English Language Learners (ELLs/ESLs) and multilingual students. My passion is helping young learners build confidence, develop a love for learning, and make meaningful progress at their own pace. I bring patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach to every session. Whether your child needs support catching up, extra enrichment, or help with language development, I’m here to guide them every step of the way.

About the lesson

I use a student-centered, multisensory approach to instruction, blending visual, auditory, and kinesthetic strategies tailored to each learner’s needs. I incorporate:

Explicit instruction for phonics, reading, and grammar

Interactive games and manipulatives to make learning engaging

-Scaffolding and modeling to support language learners

-Realia and visuals for ESL and multilingual learners

-Frequent checks for understanding and positive reinforcement

Typical Lesson Plan
A 30–45 minute session is paced to keep students engaged and progressing:

-Warm-up (5 min): Quick review or fun language game

-Mini-lesson (10–15 min): New concept or skill explicitly taught

-Guided practice (10–15 min): We work together on tasks with support

-Independent practice (5–10 min): Student demonstrates learning

-Wrap-up/Review (5 min): Recap and goals for next session

I always incorporate student interests, provide repetition with variety, and adjust the pace to ensure mastery and confidence.
