About Edana
I love helping people like you get clear on what you truly want and go get it! If you're feeling stuck or doubtful or want to create change in your life - I will help you connect with what matters most to you and bring more ease to your life. I'll teach you the practice of calling upon your unique constellation of signature strengths—those positive parts of the personality that come most naturally to you. You will learn things about yourself that you can carry with you for the rest of your life so you can enjoy it even more. A lifelong interest in human behavior, wellbeing and change led me to get certified as a holistic life/work coach with Goal Imagery Institute, I'm trained in co-active coaching and I've created my own playful tools that accelerate self-awareness, shift perspectives and then naturally allow for more ease in life. I often work with creators - such as writers, artists, photographers, and designers - however, there is nothing I like to do more than coach anyone on any topic as I was trained to do -so please give it a try! I am grateful to have found my calling and love helping others find and share theirs.

When you work with me you will learn what your top character strengths are and how they can boost self-awareness and create more ease with decision making and much more. I will create a custom plan for you using my own, original games and lessons. I believe it is critical to relax and enjoy the process of self-discovery and personal development - so we will have some fun while achieving tangible results. There are no prerequisites other than being open-minded and curious.
