About Sherai
Whether working in live news environments during a major event, or on the sales floor of a busy store during winter holidays, keeping calm under pressure has been a specialty of mine since my earliest memories. With a dual degree in African Amerian Studies and Broadcasting, Telecommunications, and Mass Media, I possess a range of accredited education, transferrable skills and personal expertise in stress management, mental health advocacy, and other aspects of holistic well-being.

I approach each student individually and personalize a stress management plan that we intricately work through together. As a Certified Stress Management Coach, I will provide you with necessary and comprehensive tools and resources to reach your stress management goals. Students will have access to a personalized workbook to document their stress management journey. Please understand that stress is a lifelong condition, and most students work with their stress management coaches for an average of 10-12 weeks.
