I meet my students where they are, offering modifications that work for their specific needs. I begin every session in relaxation to allow my students to reset from their day and welcome their practice. Relaxation is followed by asanas, and a meditation. I teach all fitness levels and ages.

I have taken one on one classes with Aymii over the last year and I have to say I have seen great improvement in my mental health and flexibility. Aymii asks questions and listens well regarding needs. No matter what type of day I’ve had, I know it will all melt away after my hour with her.
