Teaching Methods and Techniques: I use a mix of techniques including: Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) to focus on conversation and real-world communication. Visual aids, games, and role-playing to make lessons fun and memorable—especially for young learners. Scaffolded instruction to build skills step by step, always meeting students where they are. Use of technology and authentic materials like songs, videos, menus, or news articles to make learning relevant. A Typical Lesson Plan Includes: Warm-up / Conversation Starter – to review previous material and build comfort. Introduction of a Target Skill or Topic – grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, etc. Guided Practice – games, matching, dialogue practice, or short readings. Speaking Practice or Real-Life Application – using the new skill in context. Wrap-up and Feedback – quick review and goal-setting for the next session.
