About Suelen
Hi! I am Suelen, a dedicated practitioner and teacher of Yoga and I work with different techniques of traditional Hatha Yoga, Yoga for the elderly, Prenatal Yoga and meditation. In 2014 I started practicing Yoga and attending courses regularly. In 2015, after moving from Brazil to Australia, I stepped up my practice and decided to become a teacher by studying for a year and getting the first Hatha Yoga certificate (800 hours) at the Byron Yoga Center in Australia and there. I started teaching and still doing new specialization courses. I moved to southern Italy and I continue to constantly deepen my knowledge of the discipline. I teach daily in the communities of Tropea and Capo Vaticano in Calabria and I offer private and group lessons online in Portuguese, Italian and English.

I teach beginners and intermediate and advanced. The lessons last 1 hour 15 min, are structured according to the needs of the student, with explanation of the type of practice created for your needs including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercise), relaxation and basically meditation.
