I'm Chris, the founder of Gawa Fitness, serving the Markham, Stouffville, and Richmond Hill, Newmarket areas. My journey into personal training began with a simple commitment: dedicating just 20 minutes a day to my health. This small step ignited a passion that led me to become a certified coach, including earning the OPEX Coaching Certificate. At Gawa Fitness, I believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness.
