About Sudhakar
I am Sudhakar S, a certified Trainer and Tutor with over 10 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and learning design. I have trained with premier institutions such as IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad, and NITTTR Chandigarh, and worked with reputed organizations including Tata STRIVE, Comedkares Innovation Center (Inunity LLP), and Marutiflex LLP. My expertise spans technical training, Lean practices, and skill development, with a focus on practical, engaging, and results-oriented learning. 1. Teaching Techniques and Methods:
My teaching approach is a blend of pedagogical and andragogical methods, adapted to suit learners of varying experience levels. I follow the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and incorporate Bloom’s Taxonomy and Kolb’s Learning Styles to ensure learning outcomes are measurable and learner-centric.
I use experiential and project-based learning, design thinking workshops, and interactive coaching frameworks to encourage creativity and critical thinking. Tools like Kahoot, Quizlet, and Moodle are integrated for gamified learning and performance tracking.
2. Usual Structure of a Class:
A typical session follows a structured yet flexible format:
Introduction (10%) – Establish learning objectives and engage learners through icebreakers or real-world problem statements.
Core Learning (60%) – Combination of concept delivery, live demonstrations, and guided practice (using case studies, simulations, or prototyping tools).
Application (20%) – Hands-on exercises, group discussions, or role plays to apply concepts in practical scenarios.
Reflection and Feedback (10%) – Learners share insights, and I facilitate reflective discussions using the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) approach.
