About Veronika

I have been practicing yoga since 2006. Over the years I have tried different styles - Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga. The Iyengar method appeared to me the most relevant, precise, logical, giving a way to understand my body and to be in union with myself.

I was certified by the Association Française de Yoga Iyengar in 2019 to teach yoga. I undertook several internships in France and India and integrated different approaches to teaching which allowed me to develop a holistic vision of yoga. Yoga has become my way of life and the philosophy that guides my daily practice.

Classes may be taught in French, English and Russian.

About the lesson

The Iyengar method is based on aligning the limbs of the body in postures with attention to the breath. The props - bricks, bolsters, straps, blankets - are often used to better open up the body and ensure the free flow of energy.

In order to allow students to progress, the teaching of asanas is done from the basic postures to the more advanced ones.
The Iyengar method is accessible to practitioners of all levels.
