I have been giving private Chinese lessons for more than 10 years. Formerly a journalist and radio host in China, I have an excellent diction and pronunciation of official Mandarin, without any accent. It is ideal for learning the Chinese language, the tone given to the words being very important to be understood.

I take great pride in tailoring my lessons to the needs of my students: whether I need to help them prepare HSK, or perfect their already advanced skills, or capture the attention of the youngests, or help a beginner kickstart his journey to chinese language and culture, I always find the best and most efficient way!

I am a certified, professional and experienced Chinese teacher who speaks official Mandarin and speaks fluent French and english in my chinese class.

LESSONS I OFFER:

1. HSK Standard Course 1-6
The HSK is a standardized Chinese language proficiency testing system. I have many occasions accompanied students in their learning in order to pass the HSK to validate their skills.

I will share with you the manual and workbook of the standard HSK course as well as test documents in PDF format.

2. Business Chinese / Business Chinese
I often work with diplomats to help them acquire the necessary skills and understand properly the vocabulary specific to their job.

In our lessons, we will professionally prepare you for your job and business. We will discover professional terms and expressions related to your work.

Basic and advanced vocabulary in the office, negotiations and Job hunting. I will help you improve your listening, speaking and writing skills.

3. Conversation Class
We will discuss any topic that interests you through articles, movie clips, videos, images,etc. we will talk about hobbies, travel, sports, food, arts,pets, education, jobs, literature, different culture ... during which I will correct your mistakes and pronunciation.

4. Chinese lessons for children 6 yo +
I have a lot of experience with children, as I was a mandarin teacher for 3 years in an international school in Singapore. I give them a playful learning environment and use fun learning methods, so even the youngest can stay focused!

and several of my students are children who have acquired basic Mandarin in nursery and/or kindergarten and their parents wish to maintain their level so that their skills are not lost and are growing.

Regarding my method, I usually work subject by subject, first I learn vocabulary with pictures️ and games, then I build a little story or a song with verbs, then I develop with other examples.

I adapt the lessons in a fun way, to capture the attention of even the youngest.
