About Bianca
Yoga instructor and movement professional with
17 years of dedicated personal practice, formal
RYS 200 training, and current experience teaching
group fitness in a live studio setting. Bianca
creates classes that are grounded, empowering,
and accessible, blending strong structure with
supportive cueing so students feel both
challenged and cared for. Her teaching draws from
Vinyasa, Hatha, restorative principles, breathwork,
and lineage-based study in traditional yoga
settings.
