About Dr Prastuti
With a background in dentistry and cosmetic practice, I’ve spent years working closely with the human body and understanding alignment, structure, and long-term care.
My transition into yoga came from a deeper interest in holistic well-being — helping people not just look better, but feel better in their bodies.
Today, I guide individuals through simple, structured, and effective yoga practices that improve posture, mobility, strength, and overall well-being — in a way that feels sustainable and realistic.

Great Yoga teacher! I have joined her group yoga class 2 months back and the journey so far has been great. Individual attention, structured class and huge emphasis on mind-body connection. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good yoga teacher.
I joined Prastuti's yoga classes as a beginner mainly for relaxation, and it has been a really good experience. She initially conducted a few trial classes so that one could get comfortable and understand yoga before committing, which I found very thoughtful.
She is very kind, patient, and teaches at a pace that beginners can easily follow. Her instructions are always clear, and she makes sure everyone is comfortable while learning.
She showed me the improvement in my poses over time, that I myself hadn’t even noticed. It felt very motivating and encouraging.
After joining her classes, I could genuinely feel a positive difference both mentally and physically. I would definitely recommend her classes to anyone looking to start yoga in a calm and supportive environment.
