Yoga goes beyond physical activity. Yoga practice helps us to focus on the present moment. It is a way to detoxify body and mind.
My online classes are in groups and private because I can give exclusive attention to the student. We will work at your pace. Every day is different, and the focus of our classes will be based on what you need on that day. You choose whether you want a class more restorative (where we'll focus on stretching postures, guided meditation and breathing exercises) or more challenging. We will use the Google Meet platform. The duration of classes will be 60 minutes or more. people of any ages are welcome.
You can use a Yoga mat or towel.
