About Andrea
Hello, my name is Andrea and I'm looking to help spread the yogi lifestyle in the UK. I'm originally from Santa Cruz, California but I have lived in the UK for over 5 years now and I really want to be an active leader in creating a warm and friendly community.
I'm a newly qualified yoga teacher but I've been a yoga student for over ten years now and I've practiced with some amazing teachers in California, London and Windsor. I've also had many years of experience working in the health and wellness industry as a HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist and I recently became a verified member of the Yoga Alliance.

My hatha flow yoga classes are open to all levels because yoga is for everyone. I hope to spark some inspiration through yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and exploration through the technicalities and creative flow of the yoga poses. My goal is to help people learn how to still their mind and to improve self-confidence with their yoga practice.
