I'm Ritika, a certified yoga instructor on a mission to bring the calming power of yoga to people of all ages and stages of life. From the bustling streets of well-known yoga schools to the serene ambiance of Uttarkashi Sivananda Ashram, my journey has led me to become a beacon of wellness and tranquility. Graduating with a Yoga Instructor Course in 2021 and currently pursuing a BSC in Yoga Therapy from the prestigious S-VYASA University, my educational path has been as enriching as the diverse yoga practices. I teach specializing in Yoga for Children, Pre-Natal, Stress Management, and more, I thrive on crafting specialized yoga experiences that cater to individual needs. My foundation in Asanas, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and the profound teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, not only fortifies my sessions but also deepens the understanding and connection of my students with yoga.
