I’m a certified yoga instructor through Hot 8 Yoga, with experience teaching at four studios across Los Angeles. I’ve helped many clients heal, grow, and rediscover their inner calm. Helping people reclaim their peace is what I love most. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me dancing, baking, or diving into psychology, sociology, or astrology videos on YouTube!

As a professional dancer navigating the challenges of depression, ADHD, narcolepsy, and anxiety, I understand the mental barriers that can hold us back—especially in high-pressure careers. My journey changed when I discovered the profound impact of yoga and meditation in college. These practices became my anchor, helping me find clarity, balance, and resilience amid the chaos.
Now, I help others do the same. I’ve guided thousands of people toward greater peace, presence, and alignment through personalized yoga and meditation. These ancient practices, when woven into daily life, can lead to lasting improvements in both mental and physical well-being.

I was definitely reluctant to take this class because I haven't felt great about my previous Yoga experiences, HOWEVER Sam completely changed my mind about the practice! She was so incredibly soothing & informative throughout the entire class. I took the sculpt class and I was definitely pushed while also feeling safe. She was extremely clear within her instruction and made sure everyone had the tools to have a successful class. 10/10 recommend!! Will for sure be back for Sam!
