Yoga transformed my life, and now I’m here to share that journey with you. I first discovered yoga while living in Los Angeles, and what started as a way to destress quickly became a passion that changed how I move, breathe, and connect with myself. Inspired by this love, I travelled to Colombia to complete my certification, immersing myself in the practice and philosophy of yoga.

Specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Sculpt Flow, I bring that same energy and dedication to every class. My sessions are personalized to your needs, whether you're seeking strength, flexibility, or inner peace. With a focus on breathwork and mindfulness, my goal is to help you feel empowered and balanced, both on and off the mat.
