About Jeyanthi

I am a certified yoga instructor practising yoga for the past 10 years. The practices are mainly focused on improving an individual's flexibility, and toning of body. Over the years I have developed various methods and transformations both for relieving ailments and also to transform individuals into a better self. Yoga is the way of life for a healthy mind and body, so come join me for an amazing experience and to reap maximum benefits

About the lesson

My teaching approach is based on focusing on every individual's needs and also to ascertain what practice is accordingly. There are a variety of sessions in every class including meditation, Pranayama, Core strengthening exercises and Asanas for both beginners and advanced practioners.
