Namaste! I'm Sriya, a certified yoga instructor with 14 years of personal yoga practice and over 3 years of teaching experience. Yoga has transformed my life by improving my strength, flexibility, confidence, and inner peace. My passion is to help others experience these same benefits through safe, personalized, and enjoyable classes. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students can improve their physical and mental well-being while building a lifelong yoga practice.
