Heck yeah! Love my yoga classes with Jecca! I mean, except when my buddy was next to me breathing like a hibernating bear. She’s very soothing, encouraging and patient with newbies like myself. Her class is a fabulous way to unwind, get flexible, escape reality and feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after.

I have always been afraid to try yoga because of my lack of flexibility. Jecca’s classes have a variety of skill levels and she gave alternate poses for the more difficult ones which made me very comfortable when I couldn’t get them right away. She’s created a judge free zone for people of all ages her high knowledge of yoga is highly impressive. From the music to her calming voice, it’s a very meditative experience and I’d recommend her class to anyone who has wanted to begin or continue practicing yoga. 10 out of 10!
