I am a yoga enthusiast. Certified Yoga Teacher Training 200 hrs from Aayana and S-Vyasa Bangalore. I believe in sharing and spreading the knowledge and wisdom of yoga to society to bring in change of the idea that yoga is not just flexibility and asana; it is much more, a way of transforming lifeI am a dedicated yoga teacher who empowers individuals to rediscover self-love, nurture their inner harmony, and unlock their full potential through personalized asanas and mindful guidance, fostering a gradual and transformative journey toward self-realization.I teach yoga in a simple, accessible way, focusing on styles like Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, pranayama, and relaxation techniques. Details

All the classes are chargeable, the fee needs to be paid before the class to be confirmed. Without prior confirmation, no classes will be held. The confirmation of a class must be done before 24 hrs. Cancellation of the class must be confirmed before 12 hrs; if not, the fee will be chargeable if not informed as the slot is specially booked for you at your convenient time. No extension of time will be given if you join the class late.
