As a certified yoga instructor with seven years of experience, I specialize in guiding students through transformative yoga practices designed to enhance weight loss, strength, stamina, and flexibility. My expertise spans multiple disciplines, including Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Traditional Yoga, Advanced Asanas, Iyengar Yoga, Stretching Yoga, Yoga Pilates, Pranayama, and Meditation.
I hold a 200-hour teacher training certification from Yoga Certification Board(YCB) and am a QCI-certified yoga teacher accredited by the Indian government. With a strong focus on alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness, I create a safe, nurturing environment for practitioners of all levels. My deep understanding of the human body’s physiology and the therapeutic benefits of yoga allows me to customize sessions to meet each student’s unique needs and goals.
