About Erandi
I have been a yoga teacher for 6 years. I have experience giving individual classes as well as groups, at a beginner and advanced level. I became certified in Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Hatha Yoga. In the time that I have been sharing this beautiful discipline with my students, I have realized that Yoga can be practiced by anyone, the only thing that is needed is the desire.

I like to share with the students a yoga practice where they can become aware of their body, their state of mind and everything that is happening inside them. Through postures and breathing exercises, elasticity, balance, strength and movement, I guide the student in the knowledge and activation of his body to achieve a state of relaxation and tranquility in each class.
