I attend one of Victoriya’s yoga classes every week. She is brilliant at creating a calm and positive atmosphere. She is very good at making sure you achieve your potential while adapting her class to suit the individual needs of each person. I am currently pregnant and she always ensures that I am safe by modifying certain poses for me and always ensures I am not pushing myself too hard.
