About Rekha

I started practicing yoga in 2013, and I did my teacher training in 2018 from a prestigious The Yoga Institute Mumbai, the world's oldest yoga center. I feel that yoga is a blessing that I have got to keep myself healthy and I would like to share the same knowledge with everyone

About the lesson

I teach Ashtanga Yoga, which is Asana, Pranayama, and Relaxation. It's a 60 minutes class. The class is divided into 30 minutes of Asana, 20 minutes of Pranayama, and 10 minutes of relaxation. It also includes eye exercises and facial yoga.

Perfect! VERY thorough. I was having hip problems and it went away after one session. Now work on weight and lower back. Very nice and amazing. Made me feel very good, warm, invited and comfortable. AAAAAA+++++++
