About Pammy
Dipolomee Yoga with a certificate of 800 hours obtained in Australia and 200 hours obtained in India, I teach all levels and also offers introductory courses for beginners (including breathing techniques, alignment of postures, meditation guides and philosophy. I am also a fitness teacher and offer private or group classes.

Whether in Yoga or Fitness I first consult the client to find out what are his goals to achieve. Then we proceed to a small physical evaluation to know what is the level of the person concerned and then from that I could start to develop the courses and prepare the classes to come. I consult my clients regularly regarding their goals to achieve and we can rework on classes (Yoga) or programs (Fitness) to modify if needed. I also offer follow-ups online via a website and e-mail if customers can not wait for classes physically but want to keep their routine.
