About Sophie

My first approach to yoga was in 2017 in the warm Australian land.
My path as a teacher then began in 2018 in India at a Sivananda ashram, I believe that yoga is a path that lasts a lifetime and for this reason I continue my studies with dedication and interest nowdays.

About the lesson

My lessons are structured according to the level and skills of the student, allowing them to learn about pranayama and meditation techniques. Yoga is an inner journey and allows us, through work on the physical body, to know what we hold within us. Yoga is for everyone
