Yoga is an opportunity to connect inwards, an active meditation that combines the breath, movement and the mind. Yoga is so much more than a workout, it's a spiritual practice but also has amzing physical benefits in terms of improved flexibility, mobility, strength and general fitness. Whether you want to touch your toes, work on your balancing postures or improve your chatarunga. I can help you get there.

The lesson will be tailored to your skill, mobility and areas you would like to focus on. With a background in physiology, I can provide hands on adjustments to ensure your alignment is correct and you are getting the most out of every pose.
I have completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training course and have experience running 1:1 and small group classes. A lesson would typically go for 60 minutes.
