About Nuria
Professionally, I come from the marketing area, but I dedicated the last year to my reorientation and therefore completed an apprenticeship as a qualified mental trainer, qualified nutrition trainer iA and, last but not least, training as a yoga teacher. With that I fulfilled a dream. I would now like to pass on my knowledge and enthusiasm.

I adapt my teaching units to the level of my students. I try to be considerate of everyone and make sure that everyone gets their money's worth. It is important to me that it is fun to practice yoga and that my students feel good and relaxed afterwards.
