About Kayla

I've been practicing yoga for 10 years (and counting!) and have been teaching 2 classes a day for the last 2 years in many SE Asian countries. I have a bachelors degree in Public Relations and worked as an event planner before dedicating my life to yoga.

I love to guide gentle flows with gentle hatha yoga styles. We will practice yoga asanas (poses), breathing and meditation techniques which will allow you to slow down and connect with your breath. However, everybody and every body is different and I will always accommodate classes to what is going on with you both mentally and physically.
