I am a yoga teacher.I teach ashtang yoga since last 5 years. I have completed my advance yoga teacher training course from The Yoga Institute Santacruz east.
As I was amazed by the physical and mental advantages offered by Yoga for myself and found a passion for this discipline. I enjoy inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long term health and fitness goals. I customize meditation and yoga sessions according to learner's physical & psychological needs. I take regular group classes and individual personal classes online which includes Stretching, Asana, Pranayam, Suryanamaskar, Relaxations. I also teach yoga in school. Regular practice of yoga helps children for focus and concentration.
