About Oxana
I have been practicing asana for over 15 years. Realizing the effect that my practice had on me both mentally and physically, I was pulled to learn more about yoga. Having completed the 200hr YYT with We Are One Teacher Training in Reno, I started teaching both online and in person in individual settings and small groups. Teaching mostly one-on-one or in very small groups, I can concentrate on each student individually, adjusting the class difficulty and speed based to the student's level and interests. Tell me about your goals in your practice, and I will be happy to work with you on creating the perfect class for you. Being in the constant pursuit of improving my teaching style, I trust that by developing personalized classes for you I can learn something new every day.

Oxana is a great teacher. She was able to meet me at the level that I was at, offering modifications and different options for poses. I am feeling changes in my body with every class. Would recommend her to anybody!
I met Oxana while travelling. She practices Yoga a lot. Every now an then she leads me through a practice and it helps me feel better when my body feels tight achy. She is patient and methodical and helps me get each posture right. I am a beginner but I am sure even advanced yogis would like her cheerful but calm style of leading a practice.
