About Bela
I'm a certified yoga instructor 500hr with Yoga Alliance, training and teaching multi-style sessions worldwide including in Bali, Indonesia, and hosting private workshops in the USA. I hold anatomical knowledge and was responsible for providing content for functional anatomy while supporting multi-style yoga teacher training programs in Bali. Besides teaching, I was also providing student support and managing schedules.

Hi, my name is Bela and I'm an internationally certified yoga instructor RYT 500hr.
First, we'll create a plan suitable to your own needs, whether you're looking for flexibility training, building strength, or therapeutic purposes.
In my sessions, we'll break down the poses, and help you understand their purpose and how you can benefit from it long term. I'll guide you through asanas and help you find the pose that best suits your body, by using props or modifications. I'll explain to you the anatomy behind it as well as the correct alignment of the pose.
We can adjust the pace and style of yoga sessions the way it feels more comfortable to you, whether you're looking for a more dynamic style, or an introspective with a long hold of poses that work the deep tissues, cartilages, ligaments, and fascia.
