About Manita
I am Ministry of AYUSH (Government of India) certified yoga therapist and trainer. I went through a rigorous Yoga therapist training program in various hospitals. I got an opportunity of getting trained by renowned doctors of India. In my experience, practicing Yoga keeps health vulnerability at bay while making us worthy of living a fulfilling life. Also, being a certified Yoga trainer and a certified yoga therapist, I intend to treat all the lifestyle-related issues may it be obesity, stress, depression, anxiety, migraine or backache. Health is wealth. Precaution is better than cure. So, let go Yoga way!

I offer customized training according to the needs of the client. Based on the ailment history, I target fulfilling client-specific needs. Apart from the regular health-maintaining sessions, tailored classes for Weight Loss, treating thyroid, back pain, migraine, depression, and anxiety are also offered. Yoga heals for sure!
