Namaste! I am a certified Yoga Tutor with an M.Sc. in Human Consciousness and Yogic Science (A Grade) from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, India. My studies included Yoga Therapy, Practical Yoga, Naturopathy, and Acupressure, giving me a strong foundation in both traditional and scientific approaches to health and wellness.
I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga because I believe it has the power to improve physical health, reduce stress, and bring balance to everyday life. Teaching yoga allows me to help people develop healthier habits, build confidence, and achieve their personal wellness goals.
I enjoy working with students of all ages and experience levels, creating a supportive and motivating environment where everyone can progress at their own pace. My aim is not only to teach yoga postures but also to inspire a healthier, happier, and more mindful lifestyle.
