About Daniel

I am a CFA Charterholder and received my MBA from the Yale School of Management, where I took classes from legends in the world of finance such as Robert Shiller, Jim Chanos, and David Swensen. Also, I have been working in finance (banking, project finance, and now private equity) for the last ten years, so I'm qualified to go deep into any topic in finance and bring both a practitioner and an academic view to it.

CFA Exam Prep (all levels):
I have passed all exams on my first attempt while working in banking. To do that, I developed a method of studying/prepping that helps students internalize concepts and saves them significant time.

For the last couple of years, I have tutored applicants for all levels of the exam. This experience helped me refine my method and I am now convinced that I can help applicants pass any level of the CFA exam with less than 250 hours of study (per level).

About the lesson

The best way to get good at something is to practice, practice, practice. Finance is no different. We will use our class time to go through exercises that drive the concepts home and I will provide exercise sets that will help you truly internalize what you learn.

If you're stuck in a topic or working on an assignment, I'm happy to review that specific material ahead of our class. In my experience, that's the best way to make the most of our scheduled class time.
