About Navardo
In addition to flight instruction, I’ve consistently demonstrated leadership and mentorship by holding both students and peers to high safety and professional standards. I’ve taken initiative in addressing safety concerns, reinforcing accountability, and promoting a culture of disciplined decision-making. My experience as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army further strengthens my ability to lead under pressure, communicate clearly, and operate effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. I bring a well-rounded combination of technical proficiency, instructional expertise, and real-world experience, backed by strong leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement. My focus on safety, professionalism, and sound judgment directly supports operational excellence and long-term success in aviation.

My name is Navardo Lawrence and I am a flight instructor for more than 2 years located in the South Florida area. I have provided instruction to many students over the past 2 years flying to airports all over the state. I have trained students from student pilots all the way up to certified flight instructors. My students' success is my success and I don’t accept any short of that. I have a passion for aviation and mentoring younger aviators to help them achieve their dreams.

Navardo has been my instructor since August and got me through my private pilot license and instrument training. He is a great instructor who cares about his students and how they learn as pilots. Cannot recommend him enough
