About Sean
I’m not a perfect person. I’ve been up and down my whole life. I’ve quit and picked it back up more times than I can’t count. I'm a regular person who’s just like you I know how it is. I also know now that you can rest but never quit or stop and you will find your way. If you keep going you will find your way your own workout and routine you love and can stick to trust me. I stayed consistent once I learned working out isn’t just for the body but it strengthens the mind and attracts money!
